With the players (future signings you make excluded) you have, going for the usual 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 is the best option with the team you have. With Messi and Henry playing out wide at AMR and AML and Xavi, Iniesta and Yaya Toure controlling the middle in the CM's and DMC position you can create a monsterous attacking force with the defensive solidity that has seen Barcelona rise to the pinacle of football as the best team in Europe.
However with the quality of players that you have at your disposal it should be easy to cater for a variety of formations depending on your taste and likings.

Outside of that I am currently downloading the Demo myself and will in short time be starting up a Barce semi-save where I will add in any lose details (financial points) and will do a more in-depth player analysis and will add a "Youth" section with the more promising players we have coming through our ranks!
